Rules and Regulations for the California Desert Chorale Friends in Song Spring Fundraiser Recital and Raffle
Eligibility:
The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Board Members and Employees of the California Desert Chorale and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. No individual or prize donor holding a financial interest in the raffle shall derive any profit from it.Raffle Tickets:

The raffle drawing will take place on February 21, 2026, at the Friends in Song Reception following the Friends in Song Recital at Hope Palm Desert, 45900 Portola Avenue, Palm Desert, CA. Concert is at 3 PM, reception to follow. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. Need not be present to win. The drawing will be supervised by a designated individual (18+) on behalf of the organization.Prizes: The raffle offers the following prizes:

Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by phone or email within 10 days after the drawing. If unclaimed within 30 days, an alternate winner will be drawn. At least 90% of ticket sales benefit CDC’s charitable programs, including performances, outreach, scholarships, and internships, per Penal Code § 320.5. The Chorale is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (Tax ID #33-0620607).Modification:
CDC reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle, with proceeds applied to charitable purposes consistent with Penal Code § 320.5. Tickets are not tax-deductible. Must be 18 or older. Void where prohibited. By entering the raffle, you agree to comply with these rules and regulations.
